Terms & Conditions

Enrollment & Registration

• All students must complete registration and pay the required registration fee to secure a spot.

• Enrollment is first come, first served.

• Class placement is based on age and skill level.

Payment Policy

• A non-refundable registration fee of $80 is required upon enrollment.

• Tuition is billed monthly and must be paid in advance.

• We offer:

• Monthly payment plans

• Weekly or bi-weekly budget plans (upon request)

• Late payments may result in suspension of lessons until the balance is paid.

Refund Policy

• Registration fees are non-refundable.

• Tuition payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.

• No refunds will be issued for missed classes.

Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

• Ensure students arrive on time and are picked up promptly.

• Maintain updated contact information.

• Support student practice and participation at home.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Show respect to instructors and fellow students

• Follow classroom instructions

• Handle instruments and equipment properly

Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from class or program.

Media Release

• Klassix Muzix Academy may capture photos/videos during classes or events.

• These materials may be used for:

• Marketing

• Social media

• Promotional content

• By enrolling, you grant permission unless written notice is submitted opting out.

Health & Safety

• Students should not attend class if they are sick.

• The academy is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or misuse of equipment.

Liability Waiver

• Participation in music classes involves minimal physical activity.

• By enrolling, you agree that Klassix Muzix Academy LLC is not liable for injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen personal items.

Class Changes & Cancellations

• The academy reserves the right to:

• Adjust schedules

• Change instructors

• Cancel classes due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances

• In such cases, credits or rescheduling may be offered.

Intellectual Property

• All curriculum, materials, videos, and content are the property of Klassix Muzix Academy LLC.

• Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without permission.

Website Use

By using our website, you agree:
